Responsibilities
Caulfield Civil Engineering have identified five key responsibilities that we keep at the forefront of all our projects.
Every member of our workforce understands and takes pride in these common goals.
Health and Safety
At Caulfield Civil Engineering health and safety is of the highest priority. Our shared vision is to provide an environment free from harm by promoting a positive safety culture and improving the health and wellbeing of our workforce. Achieving Zero harm is only achievable by everyone making a personnel commitment to the development of a positive culture throughout the business. We are focused on creating a safe working environment where everyone feels empowered to be responsible for their own health and safety as well as that of others.
Caulfield Civil Engineering is proud to have achieved accreditation to OHSAS 18001 which focuses heavily on excellence in systems and processes, which is underpinned by the drive for continuous improvement.
In our commitment to an Injury Free Environment we have implemented our own behavioural training programme.
We are also a member of the Construction Better Health (CBH) Scheme in order to improve the health of our workforce.
